A wonderfully tasty Cranberry Jello Salad recipe I found in my card file given to me by my old friend, Dee L. , in Nevada City, CA. How is it Jello always sneaks back around the holidays – and I never use otherwise?
Directions-Ingredients:
2 small packages cherry (or raspberry) jello dissolved in 2 cups boiling water.
Grind 1 orange with 1/4 of the rind, 4 apples, 1 qt cranberries
Add 1 cup sugar (or fructose) and 1 cup crushed pineapple.

- 1 lb fresh cranberries, chopped
- 3 cups oranges, chopped
- 2- 3 oz Raspberry Jello
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Mix Jello, sugar, 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Cool slightly – until slightly gelled. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
