Not my Nana’s cookies! I submitted my Dutch Nana’s Frosted Ginger Cookies to the Sunset Magazine a few years back. It was then published in the 2005 Christmas edition – a couple years after submitting. I got a letter and a $100 check – which was a surprise because I’d forgotten I had sent it in! I typically would not be impressed with a ginger type cookie but these really taste great. They are soft and chewy and frosted are a family hit. Extremely yummy!
